BAD SERVICE!!!

I will think twice before ordering anything from Netflorist again - I ordered 2 bosses-day hampers and only one was delivered. They phoned me the next morning 07h30 to apologize and notify me that the other delivery will be handled as priority... Which I had to phone them again 13h30 as this was still not delivered. The lady promised me she will phone me back - Still waiting for the phone call. The packages were up to R3 000 so not little money spend! We wanted to buy staff Christmas hampers from NetFlorist, but I reconsidered after this ordeal. It was an absolute disappointment! One boss got his staff appreciation hamper, and the other one got NOTHING on bosses-day!!!!
