Bad Service

These guys are so ***********, I ordered a gift 8 days before the delivery date and paid online as well. On the day they only deliver the flowers, when i do a follow up for the rest of the items they tell me it will be delivered the next day. On the next day the deliver the items but not the card with my personalized message. They totally ruined my surprise. If you need to make someones day special please DONT USE NETFLORIST!
