Bad service and worse response to complaint given.

Firstly the delivery guy arrived at my door at 20:30 my girlfriend for whom the gift was for went to collect it, the delivery guy then told her that her gift was delivered to the wrong person but since the gifts are the same she can take the other gift instead. He also proceeded to tell her that the only difference is the name on the card and that it should not really matter as she will throw away the card cause that's what woman do. She called me and explained the situation. The gift that was supposedly the same as what I had ordered turned out to be a few small roses in square basket, which clearly was not what I ordered as my order was for the I love you Teddy Bear with Lindt chocolates. At this point I was angry and told the guy that this was not what I ordered and he checked and saw what my order was. He then told me that this will have to be corrected on Monday, and I told him but Monday is not Valentine's day. He then called the people that my gift was delivered to and explained the situation, he then collected the correct gift and only delivered it after 21:00. This is unacceptable service and after I logged a complaint the response was even worse.
