Bad service and shocking product

I must say I have never had such bad service from a service provider in a very long time!!!

The delivery date was missed by 3 days, and after about 10 calls to get someone to actually do something, the flowers is delivered 7pm at night. The issue I had with this was the fact that the flowers was halfway dead already, absolutely pathetic, 3 days late and then they give me old and dead flowers. R 739.90 for a half ass, old bunch of flowers!! worst service and product EVER!! All this after I was promised that each day the flowers will be re-arranged, fresh flowers will be delivered, and on top of that, that my order will be prioritized because the delivery date was missed. There was a reason for the chosen delivery date!!!

I will NEVER EVER make use of their services EVER again! They say Word of Mouth is the best form of advertising... so I will be spreading the word!
