Bad service and promise not kept

On the 4th of November, I ordered a personalized wine and when it was delivered, the message written was incorrect. It said "Happy Birthday" and the personalized message was incorrect as it was not what I asked for. I them called the and spoke to Bridget Nkomo who promised to fix it and also add a box of chocolates to say worry. When it was re-delivered, the message was fixed however there was no box of chocolates as promised. This was very bad as they messed up and also didn't deliver on their promise. I have been using Netflorist for a while but I will no longer as this left a bad taste for me.
