Bad service and product

It is the 2nd time I have ordered flowers and received nice and fresh flowers the 1st time round but today I received old flowers and what was even more disappointing was the fact when I called them they did not know how to handle complaints. The lady was totally disorientated when I asked to speak to her supervisor. Well, after 4 emails and three phone calls the matter has not been resolved or have not receive any feedback at all. I have photos to prove the state of the flowers, absolutely disappointing and what was supposed to be a happy moment turned into a disaster.
