Bad service and only getting worse

Placed an orders for same day delivery at 7:51 am the order never arrived and no communication as to why the last time I ordered the order arrived at 7pm while the order was placed on the morning so it’s seems the services levels are declining very disappointing Iam a loyal customer but I think our association needs to come to an end as far as same day delivery is concerned
