Bad service and late delivery

Bad service and late delivery. I’m writing this review and the birthday gift to my boyfriend still hasn’t arrived. Mind you the gift was suppose to get to him on his birthday and the birthday has passed now. Netflorist is really sleeping on its customers. Deeply disappointed.
