Bad service and lack of communication

I was very disappointed with the service I encountered. They delivered one of my packages at 20:00 due to delivery issues but only inform me of this an hour prior which was at 19:00 and this was a massive inconvenience because the prder had two different deliveries but with one order number and when I checked their WhatsApp they said that it had been delivered and that because it's coming from separate departments it won't arrive together only for them to deliver at 20:00 which was a massive inconvenience because it was my Sons 21st birthday gift which wasn't a surprise because it had come so late.
