Bad Service and False advertising

<p>I ordered and for a special package for a special somebody. within the package there was meant to be TWO bottles of Sparling Wine, but only one was delivered and Also there was meant to be 12 Red Roses as per the order and per the website but only 6 o Red roses were there. </p> <p>I'm REALLY NOT HAPPY AND SATISFIED with this, I'm annoyed, I'm fuming</p>
