Bad service and false advertising

Do not ever use Netflorist if you expect your delivery to get to the recipient on time. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday before 10am and I am typing this out at 17:03. Nothing has been delivered yet. Can’t believe they charge so much for their services and yet deliver nothing but half hearted service!

Product arrived around 17:30 and flowers do not look like what was advertised on their website. Medium looks small. And the bouquet is NOT full and as round as it is on the picture. So disappointed.
