Bad service and do not deliver

This is the second time netflorist cancel an order on the day of delivery because of suppliers shortage. I am offered a voucher for the value of my purchase, but the occasion is passed already. Netflorist cannot blame lockdown because the 1st time was before lockdown, pathetic service.
