Bad service and delivery

Terrible service I ordered a valentines gift for my mum for delivery on the 13th, with a promise of free chocolates from netflorist - no chocolates we're received I ordered a gift for my hubby for delivery on the 14th and it was only delivered mid day the 15th February No apologies, no notice was given, just bad service Completely dissatisfied with both the orders for Valentines
