Bad service and communication

Besides the fact that the quality of the products has significantly decreased (their roses arrive bruised and basically dying) they’re also unable to deliver on the date that you pay for. It seems rather pointless to offer the service if gifts are going to arrive after the day they are intended to. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
