bad service and chocs that looked like someone sat on them

they where two days late and brought me chocolate that looked like someone just shat out of their ass, it was beyond consumption their driver called their office and they took the goods back and said they will replace it, i asked both on their webpage and WhatsApp when i will get my replacement but no feedback hence why they get a nice one star review
