Bad service and bad attitude from agent

ordered flowers and were not delivered after 6 hours, i am not sure if they will be delivered because as I'm typing this post, i haven't received my delivery(flowers) and the agent when i call is just poor, doesn't seem like he wants to talk, no energy whatsoever.
