Bad service again

It pains me once again to be leaving such a review. First it was the Valentine’s Day mix up and now I thought of giving Netflorist another chance and I’m disappointed again. I placed an order for same day delivery yesterday in the morning (15 May 2025) and was only informed when I called that it was dispatched after the recipient had left. I was told it can be rescheduled for the next day (16 May 2025) and it would be delivered before the recipient left, this did not happen.

I’ve never experienced any such issues with Bloomable. I am actually considering requesting a refund and cancelling the order AGAIN
