BAD SERVICE

I placed an order online on Friday the 12th June 2020 and paid for it the same day for delivery today being the 17th June 2020. At about 9h30am this morning, a delivery guy from Netflorist came, but he didnt have the complete order and he said he would be back. I waited the whole day for this order as its a gift for my boyfriend only to receive an email at 16h42pm advising that the delivery will not be delivered today and that an agent will contact me, which again, didnt happen. Netflorist should close their doors. Their service is atrocious.
