Bad Service

I placed an order for a friends birthday 2 days in advance - on the day of the birthday I called at 11h00 to find out what time they would deliver as my friend was leaving the office at 12. The person at the call centre was extremely unhelpful, saying she would email the drivers department but couldnt gaurentee that it would be delivered before 12. She didnt even try to make an effort to find out if it would be on time. Just asnwers the phone and gives a standard answer no effort to go the extra mile. Now I remember why I do not use Netflorist
