Bad service

Absolutely pathetic service from Netflorist. Not even an apology. Wilk never ever buy from them again!! I ordered a specific plant, a cactus, for a reason! When the delivery arrived, there was no cactus at all. I phoned them and sent it back. Explain exactly WHY I want a cactus!! Today the delivery arrived, exactly the same plant as yesterday, so dry and ugly!! I phoned again, oh.. They don't have a cactus!!! Why didn't they told me yesterday, I would've asked for my money back, to buy somewhere else. Make sure people, their service is pathetic!!!!
