Bad service.

This is not the first time service has not been received. I placed an order (essential related) to cheer someone up. 17th April, paid same day. Sent through proof to both orders and payments 4x and today 29th the order has not been sent. Sent through numerous e-mails and response 'no proof of payment' finally told them to do their job and check bank statement where reference is loaded, still nothing. They have the money and the recipient still does not have the goods.
