Bad service

I will never buy anything from Netflorist. Their call center are very rude. I place an urgent order and paid for that but i haven't receive my order and the can't even tell me where the driver is. Last time i got the dead flowers at 07:00 in the evening the following day after placing an order for same day and pay for same say delivery. I will never buy from them again
