Bad service

I called on the 29th January just after 8am to order my wife some flowers to be sent to Sandton Mediclinic maternity ward. Order (***) was placed and paid for via credit card successfully according to Duduzile.<br> The flowers never arrived that day.<br> <br> I called again on the 30th January to inquire what happened to my order. Duduzile told me that the order was \stuck"in the system"
