Bad service!!!!!!!

Good day I am Nicolene Francis and I am so upset I place a order for my mother’s birthday on 18th it still not delivered,they say adress is wrong so I verified that it was the Right adress and the Adress that we use is the shame as all the other times I use it and my thing get delivered. Package should have been taken to the Freestate and they took it to PE. I am so unhappy I will never ever Use this place again. Would not even recommend them to anyone my order number ***
