bad service

I have been having challenges with service at netflorist, I bought a cake and gave them a date, the cake was delivered the following day in the afternoon. Secondly I went to buy a special cup with a flower, my name and other messages, the voucher was giving me problems to finalize the order, only the following day the voucher issue was sorted, I placed the order, to my surprise the cup does not have all the details I expected in it and not sure what is the net step
