Bad service

Ordered a bday present with flowers and chocolates on my 25 May 2026 for delivery 28 May 2026. Now @08H00. Still no delivery. They are USELESS. Don't bother answering their phones. Time to shame them. Getting to big for themselves. You people are down rite useless.....hope your company folds.
