Bad service

I placed a birthday gift for my wife days way before. They delivered at 17:20. The order was a mess... The birthday message card was missing words, The Personalized Gown font is so small that you need glass to see what's written on it, I asked them to wrap the gift and it wasn't. To top it all, the courier guy, he was extremely horrible, he threw the chocolate box over the gate and shouting my wife that she is delaying him. Remember that it's her birthday and the courier treats her that way. For the birthday gift to be delivered that late, it doesn't help to surprise and make her day. I sent an email to Netflorist and Noluthando responded asking for the Personalized Gown pictures which I sent to and to date she hasn't reply to me. I sent her another email and she ignored me. This is bad service. I used their services in June and they were fantastic. Please help
