Bad service

Before order was placed i contacted netflorist to confirm if the order will be delivered to me before 16H00 and was told it is okay After placing the order i contacted them again to confirm that the order will be delivered before 16H00 At 15h45 I phoned them to ask where the flowers was and they told me the driver will be at my office in 15 minutes At 16H00 I phoned again and was on hold for 23 minutes no reply At 16H35 I phoned again and they told me the flowers were delivered to a different company receptionist My cell number and office number was on the order and they decided not to contact me These flowers was for a funeral Please be very careful before using Netflorist
