Bad service

Not happy at all with the service I received, I ordered flowers with card gift on Monday to delivered on the same day. Surprisingly they didn't deliver it and no communication until I call them at 16:30 and told me they gonna deliver it in the following day. Even the following day they didn't deliver it on time until I called them. The flowers was not on good condition the gift card was there.
