Bad Service

I order flowers two days ago and I wasn't happy with the attitude that was given by *********** delivery guys, I asked Akhona to provide me with her manager's details and names of those delivery guy but she failed to do so and she keeps on ignoring me. I'm not happy with Netflorist at all. first time I make use of them and this is the poor service they provide, I'll make sure not to recommend or make use of them every again... I should have checked all the complains on Hellopeter first!!!!
