Bad service

I have not received my refund for my order I cancelled, I was told it will be refunded with in 72 hours it's been over a week now still waiting..... I will not use them ever again and you shouldn't also they are over priced and rip you off for delivery charges, they charge you for every item you added to your basket, so if you order 3 things they will charge you for 3 deliveries to the same add that is ripping people off really.
