ordered a mothers day gift on the 2nd of may that was to be delivered on the 7th of May,the on the 6th got an email saying it will not be delivered.after being ignored on their chat platform got a voucher on the 7th, how can i then make a plan to get a gift delivered in time for mothers day when it takes forever to deliver with
