BAD SERVICE

My friend’s birthday was 2 days ago and that is the morning I ordered her present .

EVERY day they try and deliver after 17h00 . This is a BUSSINES . We close at 17h00 .

But your rules states that you deliver to businesses until 17h30 .

So even though I ordered 2 days ago and phoned a 100 times telling you guys about the delivery problem . my package is STILL being delivered very last in the day .

I requested a refund BUT then I’m told that I will only get almost HALF of what I paid because you are deducting the delivery cost AND a 15% HANDLING FEE ….

This is terrible terrible service and doing business with you will NEVER EVER happen again and I will definitely tell everybody I know about this absolutely terrible service from Net Florist .
