Bad Service

I placed an order for my Girlfriend Birthday Gift. The service that I received was so bad. Worst service I ever received. I placed an order, Flowers wth Birthday Ballon and Vintage wine. I was told, when I do the follow up of the order I was told that it's on the way from 10:00 in the morning till 14:00 when she receive the Flowers 14:00 there was no Ballons and No wine and I was told they will send ballons Saparate and Wine Saparate. Does this make sense I wanted to make a love of my life happy then I received **** Service. If u are using them stop it, as they will give you bad Service. My order number is ********** 70
