Bad Service

I placed an order for the item nr RA2521 on the 8th February to be delivered on the 14th for Valentines and as at 1pm I still don't have my order. My boyfriend gave me my gift and now he's waiting for his. I try and phone the call centre and no one answers. They quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to deliver. This is unacceptable and embarrassing. I will never order from them again.
