Bad service

I placed 2 orders with your company. I asked the consultant to put in a not to have the parcels delivered before 12 pm as the person is working half day made those orders on the 11th of February 2019. Today when I call I am told the orders are still at your depot and claims there is no note for that request. Now my day is ruined because you making promises to deliver my stuff and yet you cant even deliver. I am so disappointed. The agents are very rude and have an I don't care attitude.
