Bad Service

Ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to a school, stated in the delivery address that the delivery destination is a school.

The person recevieing the flowers leaves the school at 14:00

At 13:00 the flowers have not been delivered so I called the call centre, where i was told the driver is not answering his phone.

At 13:30 I called again to see where the delivery is only to be told the same story that it is still out on delivery and the driver is not answering his phone.

I am extremely dissatisifed with this service, as it was meant to be a surprise gift to be delivered during her working hours.

If i knew that the delivery process was going to be this tragic I would of gone to a smaller florist and delivered them myself.
