Bad Service

What a bad service, incompency and careless. Why would a driver go out to deliver and turn back once at the destination without checking with all relevant parties. Two whole days just to get flowers deliver and yet both days fail to do so. Funny enough on the second day only be informed by close of business the address is not found. Really so where did the driver go then ??? Never again. Ya'll should just close shop, *******s
