Bad service

Netflorist , has been so bad to me , I ordered my best friend wine and chocolate .they got to her workplace delivered the wine with wrong chocolate without even a card I was only after a day when she find out they were from me because I asked . very bad service and a waist of time . they ****ed the surprise and messed up a good gesture.
