Bad Service

I ordered flowers for delivery 10th Sept and paid R69.95 for delivery. The flowers was not delivered on the 10th September. When I phoned on the 11th September at 08:00 in the morning I was told the flowers was not out for delivery and I can only expect delivery after 11:00. I needed the flowers on the 11th in the morning, that is why I ordered it for delivery on the 10th September. I have never in my live received such bad service.
