BAD SERVICE

I ordered flowers online last night at 21h00 to be delivered to a friend in Illovo today, as her Birthday is TODAY. At 12:17 today I received a message to say that the flowers were on its way to be delivered. It is now 15h43 and NO FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED!!! Very disappointed and angry customer. I have NEVER had a problem before.
