Bad service

ever since i have started using NetFlorist, i have never had a good service, when i order flowers if the recipients are not receiving them late , they are receiving them the next day (which defeats the purpose,) because they have knocked off, how does one order flowers between 08:00 and 10:00am and they get to be delivered at 17:30, i just dont understand it. i have had theses experiences so many times with NetFlorist, so i think is time for me to bow out.
