Bad Service

I ordered flowers on the 22nd of May 2020 for them to be delivered on the 25th of May 2020 however upon receival of the Roses and the Tulips the Red Roses were not fresh and I have since sent emails to them cause this flowers were for my wives anniversary and she was not delighted at all with the state of the Roses and I have sent pictures through to NetFlorist as requested but no one has come back to me. This was supposed to have been a great gesture to my wife for our 1 year anniversary but it was really ruined by the flowers she got it was like the flowers have been stored somewhere before they were given to us cause they were really not fresh at all .
