BAD service

On the 31st of Aug I ordered Flowers, a pamper gift and chocolate for my girlfriend to be delivered on the 1st of September. The consultant told me that everything will be delivered provided i pay the amount which was R1260.00 on the 31st of Aug.<br> <br> I payed the amount right away, i then got an email from Netflorist confirming that they got my proof of payment.<br> <br> 1st September at 9:56 Showlen from Netflorist calls me and tells me that my order wont be delivered in full, only the flowers will be delivered today and then the rest will be delivered tomorrow. the main reason it had to be delivered today is because its my anniversary, I agreed anyway.<br> <br> Later on today I call them to check how far are they with delivering the flowers, INSTEAD I am told that \she was about to call me
