Bad service

Netflorist have no iffeciency in dealing with or delivering they products unless you draw a picture for them and put it in they hands. The service was terrible and they do not know how to respond to emails that show urgency. They wait for you to call them and give them all the information because they have a million deliveries a day very bad service.
