Bad service

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend for the 3rd March. I paid and I sent through the proof of payment. These flowers was for a very, very special birthday. It is one week later and still no flowers. When I contacted them they informed me that my order got lost on the system. They said they were sorry and gave me a voucher number to do another purchase. Well when I tried the system told me that the voucher number may not be used, then I sent them a screenshot, they gave me another voucher number and still it gives me the same error. Really guys I am totally peed off with this service. I am a very regular client and this is the service I got.
