BAD SERVICE!

Horrible service! Ordered online and made the payment. Had to send the POP 3 TIMES (the email was correct. I triple checked) and called on all 3 occasions because i wanted to cancel the order. No one could answer me as to how my emails just vanished. Called in again and demanded to speak to a manager, which i did. He advised me to sent it to another email address. This time i included a note saying i wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, which was received successfully. He then confirmed he will cancel the order and arrange a refund. Then to top it all off... yesterday (after it was confirmed to me that it would be cancelled) i got an email saying that the order was delivered! I called back to scream at them and demanded to speak to another manager. He then said he would get back to me... and I am still waiting nearly 24 hours later. I will never do business with them again.
