Bad service

<p>Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on valentines day.Today is Wednesday and still no flowers.They apparently came to office to deliver but it was after 17:00(normal working hours).Want a full refund but can't get hold of anyone!!!!!This is pathetic!!!!!!</p>
