Bad service

My wife called into the Call Centre because she has been experiencing trouble logging her order online with her visa voucher. She has spoke to 3 consultants who couldn't offer any help. She then spoke to Salome who promised to get back to her however she still hasn't gotten back to her. The visa voucher expires today and the same was advised to the consultants. What pathetic service. Now through Netflorist bad customer service our voucher will expire today.
