Bad seevice

I ordered a gown online and immediately I realized I didn't choose the size I phoned them they told me they have to cancel the order and charge me half of the price, when I told them I'm prepared to buy another gown and they must package them in one packet so that they won't charge me delivery they refused until I had to cancel the whole order so that they can gain money and loose out as a Custer I'm really ****ed with their service and I won't oder anything from them again
